For resurfacing treatments, downtime is minimal – most cases won’t require downtime, but because the Alma tech means the power settings can be altered to control how powerful the treatment is (how much resurfacing energy is delivered), downtime tends to involve redness for around 2-3 days depending on skin type and treatment area. Planned occasions / events and specific activities –  gym, steam/sauna, sports – wouldn’t be advisable.
