• YAG (1064nm): This wavelength is the deepest penetrating of the three and is effective on deeply embedded hair follicles and dark skin tones.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and meet the team that will be there to support you should you decide to invest in the device.

• Webinars

Our webinars are perfect for both existing and prospective customers. These 30-45 minute sessions cover specific topics, such as tailoring treatments to your patients and what makes Soprano different from other devices. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions live to our clinical trainers hosting the sessions.

• New Device Training

Following the purchase of a new Alma Soprano system, we’ll spend a whole day in your clinic training you and your team. We want everyone to be confident in delivering the treatment, so we’ll cover everything from the basics of hair removal to advanced techniques.

• Ongoing Training

We offer ongoing hands-on training, either in your clinic or at Alma Studios, for new staff or simply as a refresher on technique. You’ll also get access to Partnerzone, which hosts a wealth of training videos, clinical studies, protocols, and marketing support materials.
